What are we doing?
To assist in making SmartHomesMadeSimple.org accessible for users with disabilities, Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation (PATF) uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user friendly for everyone.
We have reviewed this website using the WAVE Accessibility Evaluation Tool and corrected all errors and applicable alerts.
In addition, we have undertaken several rounds of user testing with a diverse group of people who use a variety of assistive technology to navigate the web. We have incorporated their feedback into the site in an effort to give visitors the best experience possible.
